Looking for arrange employment

Here is my situation. I am currently in USA. About 3 month ago I started a process for permanent residence in Canada (BC). I applied as skilled worker but without “Arranged Employment”. I know that it could help, and my process could be finished faster. Does anybody have any information, how to find an employer in my situation (living in usa)? I know it can be very difficult, but maybe there is a chance and somebody can help me. I have an Associate Degree in Hotel Management and Bachelor Degree in Marketing and Management; I have a work experience in both. Please, any information will be helpful.
