Please note that all applications and requests for consular services received on or after Tuesday, July 13, 2010, must be accompanied by the new amount listed on the new consular fee schedule. The only exception will be for applicants who paid their immigrant visa fee at the National Visa Center before July 13, 2010, and will not be charged the difference. However, all Diversity Visa lottery applicants processed by the Kentucky Consular Center must pay the new fees at the Embassy starting on July 13. Moj narzeczony wplacil podczas rozpoczynania procesu 455$. Wszystko przeszlo przez ambasade i pod koniec czerwca dostalam list z formularzem do wypelnienia. niestety brakowalo mi jedego z zaswiadczen ktore otrzymalam dopiero dzis.

czy w takim razie obowiazuje mnie nowa stawka 350$ ?
