Co z tym międzynarodowym prawkiem

Czy jest ktoś rzetelny i kto potrafi bardzo dobrze angielski i powie mi jak jest z tym prawem jazdy.Konkretnie chodzi mi np. o stan Deleware.Mając międzynarodowe prawo jazdy podobno mogę wyrobić amerykańskie bez zdawania testów praktycznych.Zdaje tylko teorie,przechodzę badania, dostarczam dokumenty potrzebne,płace i to koniec.Ale to podobno ,jak jest naprawdę,bo czytam te fora i każdy pisze cos innego.

"Drivers From Other Countries. Nonresident drivers over the age of 16 years who have a valid driver's license issued by their home country may operate motor vehicles upon the highways of this State when their license is in their immediate possession. Sixty days after the nonresident driver becomes a Delaware resident, he/she must apply for a Delaware driver's license. Drivers from other countries may retain their foreign licenses. All drivers licensed in other countries must pass both the written and road test. Czyli: wnioskujac o wydanie prawa jazdy stanu Delaware musisz przejsc egzamin pisemny i ustny, jedynie Niemcy zwolnieni sa z tego obowiazku (obustronna umowa). Samo prawo jazdy nalezy wyrobic w przeciagu 60 dni od momentu, w ktorym stajesz sie mieszkancem Delaware.

Wynika z tego, ze mozna zdawac egzamin na prawo jazdy, ale trzeba zdac egzamin teoretyczny i praktyczny (plus test wzroku). O odnowieniu prawa jazdy na podstawie prawka miedzynarodowego nic nie znalazlem, ale mozesz wyslac e-mail z pytaniem na adres info@dmv.state.nv.us .

Oplata za wydanie prawa jazdy to 21,25$ + 2,25$.

Przydatna rzecz - osoby bez SSNu (ktore o niego juz wnioskowaly) moga wnioskowac o wydanie prawa jazdy.

W Californi wyrobienie stanowego prawa jazdy jest obowiazkowe - tylko na wizie turystycznej mozna uzywac polskiego/miedzynarodowego prawa jazdy. Przy odnowieniu prawka miedzynarodowego - zdawac trzeba egzamin praktyczny (chyba, ze masz prawo jazdy z innego stanu). Po zdanym egzaminie wydawane jest tymczasowe prawko wazne 2 miesiace, wlasciwe przychodzi poczta.

W NJ nie musisz zdawac jazdy, jesli masz prawko miedzynarodowe. Ale na pewno musisz miec SSN.

W Californi można więc dostać prawko bez egzaminu praktycznego jeżeli masz nieważne prawko z innego stanu? (W tym roku planuję sobie wyrobić właśnie w NJ, a za rok chciałbym lecieć na zachodnie wybrzeże, prawko będzie już nie ważne, ale czy na jego podstawie odpuszczą mi praktyke?)
