Mam propozycje - stworzmy taka baze informacji o tym, w jaki sposob przekonac amerykanskiego pracodawce - czy to znajomego np. z W&T (latwiej...), czy to nieznajomego poprzez internet (trudniej, ale mozliwe...) - do przyjecia nas na Internship/Training Program...

Piszcie wszystko, co Wam przyjdzie SENSOWNEGO do glowy - gotowe rady, teksty, ktorych mozna uzyc przy rozmowie lub w pismie... Moze ktos z nas kiedys z tego skorzysta? Dodam nieskromnie, ze mi sie udalo niedawno przekonac do siebie pracodawce sprzed dwoch lat...

Rozpoczne:

1. Zawsze podkreslajcie, ze macie na mysli LEGALNY pobyt i prace w USA - "I will be parti[beeep]ting on the Internship USA Program sponsored by ... . As my sponsor, ... is authorized by the U.S. government to issue the necessary documentation for me to obtain a J-1 visa, allowing me to work legally within the U.S. for up to eighteen months."

"This is... I am interested in applying for a trainee (or intern) position as a ... with your company. I am an overseas candidate from ... and qualify for a visa enabling me to work and train in the US."

2. Grzecznosc i kurtuazja - "I would just like to say that if you offer me the job, I will definitely accept it, as your company sounds like the type of place where I would not only gain valuable experience but also enjoy working."

3. Warto wskazac POWODY, dla ktorych Amerykanie mieliby zaoferowac Wam udzial w tym programie:

:arrow: "You would be a valuable addition to the workplace. Your international background and experience would greatly benefit an American employer. You can share your perspective and knowledge with your employer and colleagues."

:arrow: :!: "You could mention that the company is not required under US law to pay social security taxes for you as you are on J-1 visa, nor will they have to insure you for health or accidents, nor will they have to offer you a 401(k) (pension plan). All together this will save the company potentialy several thousand dollars if you are on 18-month practical training placement."

Moge jechac... Bylo mi o tyle latwiej, ze pracodawca zna mnie od dwóch lat. Tak czy inaczej musialem sie nagimnastykowac, zeby mu wszystko wytlumaczyc...
