ale na forum visajourney cos wyczytalem, ze powinno byc w pewnym momencie Sign in fail. . . a jak widac powyzej moge sie nadal tam zalogowac . . Czy popelnilem gdzies blad ?? czy moze to czego innego sie tyczy ??

Unfortunately, that's not accurate anymore. SIFs no longer happen.

You have to call up NVC and ask if your packages have been reviewed and accepted. Once both are, then your case is complete. Then NVC has to schedule your case an interview date. Only when that happens is your case forwarded to the consulate/embassy.
