motorolnik
In a closely watched court case, U.S. District Judge Rosemary M. Collyer will soon decide whether to order discovery to compel U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) to reveal why it has enacted new restrictive immigration policies on companies that employ H-1B visa holders. USCIS lawsuit is that USCIS intentionally drives up the costs of filing for H-1B petitions, including by issuing approvals that last for as little as one day. https://www.forbes.com/sites/stuartanderson/2019/06/05/court-case-is-uscis-intentionally-driving-up-the-cost-of-h-1b-visas/#64939ded6ebb
