Jestem w Stanach od tygodnia i zaczęłam szukać mieszkania przez stronę craglist . Jednak mam pewien problem za każdym razem jak piszę maila w celu skontaktowania się z kimś lub np dodatkowych informacji na temat mieszkania dostaje identyczną odpowiedź. Dokładnie taką jak poniżej.

Z historią kredytową nie ma problemu bo ma ją mój mąż tyle że myślę że to jest jakaś podpucha, jak na takiego maila reagować ?

Czy miał ktoś podobną sytuację ?

Jak można się skontaktować z ludźmi którzy wystawiają mieszkania na craglist ? A ta odpowiedź przychodzi zawsze z innego adresu mailowego niż wysyłam pytanie.

I hope things are good. Here's some good news: the apartment's still available! We thought we had the place rented to a couple we showed it to today, but now it seems that they changed their mind, so we need to lease it as soon as possible. You were the second one to respond regarding it.

I am sure you will want to do a personal showing of the place, but my husband doesn't want me to advertise the address as a measure of safety. Last time we did that without verifying people, it was broken into and vandalized. We don't want that to happen again! You will be responsible for cable, internet, and phone, if you decide to have these services. Just to confirm, we DO allow pets at this property. The rental term is one year, but can be switched into a 6-month term if preferred. We just ask that you give us fair notice if you are moving out.

oststnio bylo glosno o oszustach z craigslist i innych stron , ktorzy wystawiali nie swoje mieszkania do wynajmu i prosili zeby im wyslac check deposit.......wiec szczerze odradzam , jesli sie nie spotkacie osobiscie i nie obejrzycie przyszlego rentu na wlasne oczy
