Czy ktoś wie coś więcej na temat oferty pracy którą trzeba przedstawić na rozmowie? Czy pracodawca wystawiając mi formularz I-140 jest w jakikolwiek sposób zobowiązany mnie zatrudnić, czy może go wystawić tylko dla tzw. picu?

Moje doszły, na odpowiedź czekałam 5 dni. Jak będzie wyglądała dalsza procedura? Ile czasu będziemy mieli na skompletowanie dokumentów i badania?
