Ja na przyklad mialem referencje niekoniecznie z miejsca pracy. Oprocz mojego szefa, mialem od ludzi, z ktorymi lub dla ktorych robilem jakis projekt.

I pytanie może głupie, może proste... ale w application of employment w polu Referencje, nigdzie nie jest napisane, aby je dodatkowo załączyć. Tylko należy podać imię osoby, adres, firma i lata znajomości.

W takim przypadku może nie trzeba wysyłać referencji, tylko należy umieścić same dane osób, które mogą dobrze o mnie poświadczyć? I w razie czego, jak zostanę o to poproszony, to doślę te referencje...? I poniżej ten zapis, który w sumie potwierdza moje domysły.

Przewaznie referencji sie nie zalacza, bo w sumie nie powinienes wiedziec co w nich jest. Ja musialem moze zalaczyc w dwa miejsca. Normalnie kontaktuja sie z osobami z listy i prosza o referencje. Przyznam sie, ze sam napisalem osobom z listy referencje dla siebie, bo ludzie sa zajeci i czesto sie zdarza, ze nie maja czasu ich wyslac. Czasem mozna spytac dana osobe czy nie ma nic przeciwko, co by jej nie zaskoczyc. Ja czasem odmawiam, jesli nie moge komus wystawic pozytywnej opinii.
