You must also include your complete date of birth as stated on your original entry. You may call the Kentucky Consular Center at (+1) 606-526-7500 between 7:30am and 4:00pm EST.

ja juz w Anglii od 11 lat  i mimo, ze zycie tutaj jest latwiejsze niz w stanach to i tak mnie tam ciagnie... no ale trudno nie wszystkie marzenia sie spelniaja.

Nie bede juz wiecej brac udzialu w loterii bo nie lubie byc w takim zawieszeniu kazdej wiosny ale zycze powodzenia wszystkim innym

To jak długo to przeżywasz? Ja wysyłam aplikację w październiku i do końca kwietnia zapominam o tym.

ja tak samo ale zawsze mam z tylu glowy np, zeby nie bookowac wakacji w Meksyku przed majem wrazie czego itd  ale teraz juz wiem, ze moge leciec i wydawac kase hehe
