Sama jeszcze w to nie wierze. Ale udalo mi sie znalezc pracodawce na internshipa Przez internet. A wiec jednak jest to mozliwe. Wyslalam ponad 500 maili do biur turystycznych w Nowym Jorku. Jedno z nich umowilo sie ze mna na interview w Londynie i dostalam prace ))) Na 18 miesiecy za 2200$ miesiecznie. Jestem chyba najszczesliwsza osoba na swiecie i mam nadzieje ze moj post tchnie nadzieja tych, ktorzy nadal szukaja. Ja wlasnie rozpoczynam okres przygotowan do zalatwiania formalnosci. Chcialabym zapytac osob, ktore korzystaly z uslug CICD, czy nie mialy problemow ze spelnieniem ich wymagan dotyczacych opcji traineeship. Okazuje sie bowiem ze poza skonczonymi studiami w danym kierunku wymagaja rocznego doswiadczenia w pracy w zawodzie. Ja załatwiałam internshipa przez CICD, z zaakceptowaniem na program nie było żadnych problemów, kazali mi tylko poprawić plan praktyk w kilku miejscach. Ale tym się nie przejmuj poprawiasz tyle razy aż wkońcu im się spodoba. Nie wiem skąd masz informacje że musisz mieć jeszcze roczne doświadczenie, ja o niczym takim nie słyszałam.

Jednak gdy wyslalam do nich maila z pytaniem o to wydawali sie byc troche niepoinformowani - napisali ze ze skoro tak jest na ich stronie, to moze rzeczywiscie tak trzeba. Przede wszystkim dzieki Agentka za maila - byl mi bardzo pomocny. Juz wiem skad te niescislosci w stosunku do wymogow wobec uczestnikow. Otoz wszystko to przez nowe regulacje wprowadzone przez rzad amerykanski w lipcu tego roku. Ustawa to mowi:

If you find yourself saying "but we don't have a formal training program in place," - don't worry! Your company does not need to have a formal training program in place ( i.e. staffing, screening, and personnel support.) The sponsor company provides this service to your company free-of-charge. What we look for are companies willing to develop a specific training plan for an individual applicant, based on his or her academic background and work experience.
