Guest
Witam W formularzu DS-260 jest pytanie "Have you ever been refused a U.S. Visa, been refused admission to the United States, or withdrawn your application for admission at the port of entry?" Obecnie mieszkam w Kanadzie i kilka razy musiałem robić tzw. "flag pole" na granicy z USA. Nie jestem pewien, ale chyba do tego celu trzeba utrzymać withdrawned application for admission at the port of entry. Ktoś może potwierdzić? BTW. Czy są na forum jakieś osoby które przeprowadziły się z USA? Pozdrawiam
Jackie
Myślę że musiałbyś zapytać prawnika. Napisz do Kariny.

Flagpoling means applying for the renewal of your work (or study) permit by leaving Canada at a border crossing with the USA, and re-entering, sometimes immediately. The same practice is also used for those seeking to validate their PR status and/or PR visa. In other words, you take a trip “around the flagpole” and re-enter Canada where you present your documentation and get that new work or study permit stamp in your passport. Guest
Znalazłem odp w internecie. Trzeba zaznaczyć "YES" i wytłumaczyć powód, jak poniżej: "I HAVE DONE TWO FLAGPOLES TO RENEW MY WORK PERMIT. IT WAS AT THE BORDER WITH CANADA, IN (CITY). I WAS INFORMED THAT THEY ARE ADMINISTRATIVE REFUSALS. "
