We can offer you an interview spot later this month, although, as I mentioned above, it is possible that you will be refused under P.P. 9993, which was not enjoined by the Gomez case, and is still in effect.  If you would like an interview, please respond to this email with your full name, date of birth (and the names and dates of birth of any family traveling with you).  We would need to interview you before the end of September 2020."

Poprosilem o ostatnie dni wrzesnia - zrobie sobie badania na spokojnie i powinna wyjasnic sie sytuacja z Schengen banem, bo to jest zla interpretacja tego co jest w wyroku. 

Hmm to bardzo ciekawe! Mi jeszcze nie odpisali, a tylko potrzebuje wydania wizy zastępczej bo już miałam wizę dv i interwiev -tylko nie mogłam wylecieć bo Polska była zamknięta do 12 czerwca. Ciekawe czy w moim przypadku dałoby się radę obejść jakos to Schengen? Transfer sprawy raczej odpada poza Schengen bo ambasady spoza Schengen nie chcą przyjmować tych z Schengen <lol>

Hmm jest to trochę dziwnie.. Możemy zaprosić ci na spotkanie ale wizę możemy nie dać w powodu proklamacji 9993.

Na razie nie zaproponowano mi niczego . Później przeczytałem że kolega pójdzie na koniec września. Kolega ryzykuje, jedyną nadzieją jest rozwiązanie tego problemu przez sąd 25.09.

Oby z tym nie wkręcili... inaczej 330$ do śmietniku pójdzie

a przenosic sie nie przenosze juz nigdzie, dosc tych wariacji.

wychodze z zalozenia ze bede sie z nimi sadzic dalej, az do skutku. raz juz sie udalo. dostane odmowe to zaraz do adwokata z tym, bo to niezgodne z wydanym wyrokiem.

Ostatnio pisałam meila do KCC, ale tylko dostałam Auto Reply...  Mam numer 24***. Wcześniej przed lockdown nie byłam zaproszona na spotkanie, ale miałam odpowiedz, że dostali wszystkie moje dokumenty i powinnam czekać na zaproszenie. Co mogę jeszcze zrobić? Czy kontaktować się jakoś z Warszawą?  Czy tylko KCC może coś wnieść do sprawy?

Też byłem w pozwie Morrisona  , numer 21***, ale na razie nic nie mam od ambasady
